What is your policy on returning goods?

 

K9 Chic will not refund for any purchase, however, we will happily exchange if the incorrect size was selected or if the item was faulty. All items must be returned in the state in which they were received, we will not exchange if the product has been worn or has been damaged in any way. All return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Please remember to try all items on your dog with the tags attached to check the size is correct before removing the tags. Faulty goods must also be reported within 7 days to receive an exchange.

Can I be notified of any specials or new items that K9chic has?

Yes, most customers choose to join our mailing list so that they can be informed of our specials and new stock. You can join our mailing list by sending a blank email to mailinglist-subscribe@k9chic.com.au.

How long does delivery take?

K9 Chic aims to ship items the next working day after payment has been received. Depending on your location, your purchase should be received in 1-10 working days. You will be notified via email that your item has been despatched.

What is the best way to purchase from K9 Chic?

Our shopping facility is provided through PayPal and accepts Visa & Mastercard and direct deposits. Paypal payments through our online shopping facility is the fastest and easiest way to purchase from K9 Chic. However, you can shop in person if you are located in Brisbane.
