K9chic delivers regularly to Australia, USA, Canada and the UK.
We can deliver to most other countries. If you live outside of the countries listed above please email us at sales@k9chic.com.au to confirm that we can deliver to your country and to obtain a delivery quote. Please note that delivery to countries other than Australia, USA, Canada and the UK may incur a slightly higher delivery fee.
K9chic endeavours to ship all items within 1 working day of payment.
Delivery times can vary depending on your location. However, as a guide all items should arrive within 3-10 working days of receiving payment.

Delivery pricing
- $7.50 for next day delivery by Express Post to most locations in Australia
- $12 for next day delivery by Courier - Door to Door (Brisbane Metro Area only)
- International orders – we will advise you of the price for postage prior to despatch, please email us at sales@k9chic.com.au to obtain a quote.
- Orders over $100 are posted free within Australia only.

We prefer to use Paypal for all payments. We at K9chic feel this is the most convenient way for you have the opportunity of paying by your credit card or directly out of your account. We are also able to accept bank cheques, money orders or direct deposits into our bank account. Please contact us at sales@k9chic.com.au should you have any queries in relation to this.
